Japan is apparently a great place to go to for Christmas spirit, no matter how superficial the celebrations may be. I’ve written about how fun Christmas in Japan is here, but since then I’ve taken great joy in photographing the little intricacies of Japanese Christmas celebrations. I was walking around Kobe back in December, 2013 when the deafening roar of motorcycle engines flooded through the streets. Walking over to see what the kerfuffle was, this is what I saw:
Pretty sure there were some reindeer on motorbikes too – most definitely not pulling Santa’s sleigh. Happy holiday season!
